Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Thank you for asking about this. Because we’re a US owned company, we’re bound by US Trade Laws and Embargoes. It may seem a bit strange, but even allowing someone look at a copy of the manual is considered an export (because you’re giving them knowledge and information).

As there are certain people and countries we’re not allowed to trade with, Primavera can not issue a general authorisation for manuals (or any other materials) to be sent out to people who are not already Primavera customers. We provide demonstrations and information on our website and have PARs all over the world who potential customers can contact if they would like further information about our products. There is a list of PARs on our website, too (if you go to www.primavera.com and click the "Partners" link)

I’m sure you’ve already inferred this from the above, but please do not post any Primavera documentation on the forum or send it to anyone on the forum. Rather, please ask them to take a look at our website, or to get in touch with us (or one of our PARs) directly for further information.
