Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello Experts,
Can you please tell how to show overall Physical% complete for a project in P3 e/c... the way it shows when the % complete type is Duration % Complete.

Thanks
Rabbani

From the bulletin...

"At the summary level, the Performance % complete is calculated as follows:

Performance % Complete = (BCWP * 100) / BAC

(Where the BCWP is the Budgeted Cost of Work Performed and the BAC is the Budget At Completion)

BCWP is calculated as Activity % Complete * Baseline Total Cost"

Cheers
Julie

Summarising the physical % complete is currently an enhancement request that Primavera are looking into. They have a workaround on the knowledgebase (bulletin # prim11292), but one of the conditions is having costs assigned to the activities.
