Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

For our expenses, we assign resourses to activities . Can we assign our incomings about that activities at same time for provide loss benefit table.

You can’t put negative resource rates in, however there are a couple of options you might consider:

Use a negative Project Expense item and assign it to the activity.

Define a material resource with a unit of measure equating to revenue - you would then have to produce a report to calculate the profit/loss, it won’t affect the overall costs of the activity however.
