Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

To Generate Resource report....Plz Help

Hello,
I am trying to generate a resource report for the concrete pours on our job with the following information in the report for the managers to use every month to track work. The schedule is a resource loaded schedule with concrete quantities assigned to every pour activity. The project is a segmental bridge project. The content of the report table that i am looking for is as follows,
1. Activity Description
2. Calendar Dates of pour
3. Type of Concrete (as their is 3 types and they are defined with different resource id)
4. Budget Quantity of Concrete
5. Cumulative Quantity of Concrete for the week at the end of every week.
6. Finally use these data to generate graphical reports.

Please let me know if there is a way that i can define the report format in P3 to generate these reports every month. Thank you for your time and help in advance.

Use the Activity Usage Spreadsheet in conjunction with the Report Wizard. Ther are options to use data from the current screen with timescaled info. All the data you require is selectable from the report wizard.
