Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

A while back, I was working on a claim.  Using P3, I superimposed the as built schedule onto the baseline schedule.  Unfortunately, I can't remember how I did it.  Any help?  Also, does Suretrak have this function?

Thanks!

how you do it in p3 is to

openthe project

go to tools

select project utilities

select targets this is where you would select the baseline

then select forrnat bars

select modify in the drop donw by where it says structure

for the start point select target 1 early or late start

for the end point select target 1 early or late finish

upper right make sure that the position of this bar is posiiton 2 or it maybe be drawn on top of your current bar

Hi Jack

This is how I would do it.

Open the original programme.

Change the durations to the as built dates.

DO NOT SAVE IT.

Create an undelying baseline.

Close the file and DO NOT SAVE It.

Open the file and you have the as built underlying the as planned.

Best regards
