Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

How do I view resource usage across all projects

I have a number of resources which I don’t want (probably carried in during imports). When I come to delete them they are in use but I don’t know which projects they are being used by. Is there a way of showing this without having to open all projects together?

Stephen,

The reason that no one has answered is due to the nature of your question: P3 does not have ‘global’ resources. P3 resources are defined within the schedule and do not affect other schedules. If you are using P3, you should not be having this problem.

Are you perhaps referring to P6? There you question would make more sense. If so, you might try asking your question in the P6 forum. Good luck!
