Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

who can tell me how can i automatically calculate my actual cost in p5 according to percentages. i update percentages in activities but actual cost for the activities are not being updated and calculated automatically according to budget. i have to manually enter. i do everything in tools and options but i could not accomplish.

On your P5 CDs there is a file "From P3 to P5". One chapter describes how the autocost rules of P3 are represented in P5 - very much in detail.
