Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,
If SP3 doesn’t solve your problem, here’s my advise.
I surmise that you log into a network before you open your P3. It this is the case, then you should first go to Localadmin, that is using your PC without logging into the network, then on the Windows Explorer, go to P3WIN directory, then right click, on the pop-up, go to Properties. Under security tab, add your network user ID and check all the boxes that will give you full access to the directory including its subfolders . Then login to your network and hopefully your problem would be solved.

Cheers,
Roli

Have you installed Service Pack 3?
