Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

Is there any Patch available to get printer working in P3 ? After installation of P3, the printer drivers disappears and I’m unable to print anything.

After installing P3, go to the Primavera website and download the latest Service Pack. As far as I know, SP3 is the latest, and includes SP1 and SP2 updates. Unfortunately, the installation disks haven’t been updated with the latest patches. (At least they hadn’t 9 months ago!)

Printer works perfectly fine before installing P3 but as soon as P3 gets installed , printer drivers disappers automatically and afterwards I’m unable to install printer.

Hi,
’printer drivers disappears’ only in P3 or in all softwares(MS excel)

If for all softwares, then try to reinstall your printer driver.
