Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

I want to learn more about batch processing. I use Import/Export to crunch the data, but when it comes to code dictionary it is not possible, though i know that its possible thru batch processing.

Vinod,

You return to the first page of the spreadsheet and chose the "set" button opposite the "get" button you used to read the data

Vinod,

The spreadsheets in the Samples\Excel directory both read and write data from P3 to excel. There are Access examples as well, BUT they work only with early version of Access.

Vinod,

You should use the RA facility to batch import/export the coding structures under the "data" pull down. Copy the Entire RA directory from the Primavera installation CD, and check out the "project.xls" spreadsheet in the "Excel\samples" sub-directory within it.
