Is there a way to track the planned quantity to be installed and quantity actually installed for an activity?

Bascally we want to derived the percent complete based on the quantity installed / planned quantity. The actual quantity installed can be pulled from our production system.

Dear Wan,

Yes Planned quantities are the budgeted quantities only.

Yes the report gives you resource wise break-up for all the activities with the summary of resources.

Multiples resoures to one activitiy is not an issue at all.

cheers

Thanks for your reply, Anand.

Is the planned quantity entered as budgeted quantity in the resource window?

Can I have an activity level quantity? We have multiple resources assigned to the same activity.
