Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello Abrar

I do the following for loading resource usage in Excel.

Tool > Tabular Report > Resource > Loading >.... then customize as per your need... But In "Format" option Choose "Export Report in CSV Format to the File" and in the Text box write the file name and its path.

Hope I understant your question correctly and suggested accordingly.

Thanks

Tools / Tabular Reports (Choose file required I think the one you need is RT-01 Modify as required.)

Modify As Required
1) Resource selection
2) Dates (I almost always forget to modify the dates first time around.

Export Data File.

I Normaly USE WK1/CSV.

I Have found using my C Drive is easier

Then you press Run and you should get a report telling you it was succesfull.
Then you open the WK1 / CSV file in xls.

I hope this assist.

Cheers
