Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

It looks like this thread died back in 2003, but I have a similar question:
I’m still using P3-3.1 and the various date formats available in this version don’t accomodate the ISO 8601:2004 format (namely yyyy-mm-dd). Do newer Primavera versions provide this or can I add it to 3.1?

Ideally I’m looking for 2005-DEC-13, but 2005-12-13 would do.

Advice appreciated! Thanks.

Dear Guest,

When someone goes out of their way to help you, you should first try listening, then complaining. Not the other way around. Gilbert is perfectly correct in his advice. It is now up to you to implement his advice. Your computer Windows defaults have nothing to do with the date format displayed in P3 schedule.

Open your P3 project, select the “Format” menu, select “Dates…”, and then click on the date format you wish. Click “OK” and you are done.
