should likely error in APPROVED baseline be allowed to stand?  In a sequence of work on the critical path is a 5 day "sub-contractor mobilization" activity.  Seems like an obvious error - they could likely mob anytime - such as - as the predecessor work is completing.  Yes, you could make up some weird scenario but seems like an obvious error.   The project is 10 working days behind - does it go to the project making it 5?  should it be left alone?  should the GC be allowed to just add it "their" items on the criical path?  I think it should go the project - I think a judge might split it in half - so the GC gets 2.5 and the project gets 2.5, what do you think?
