(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
Average schedule summary times for Design, Procurement, Construction for average buildings - like a school or school add-ons. Should this information be somewhere, such as in Gordian or something...crew counts would be good, but that might be asking for too much...

I do not think that there is such a thing since each design is different the site is different. There maybe something based on square footage that you cna use but I dont know of any.
The closet thing would be something like an estimating program like timberline, richardsons, etc
for actual production rates there is a tab uptop of this page labeled as production rates
