Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have 2 projects open with 2 different data dates.  I am sliding a bar in the 2nd one but my Duration at completion is not coming out right - or to fix that the dates are not correct.  I have checked the calendars - could it be because of the data dates?  I don't see what that has to do with it but I don't know what else it could be.  I tried it actualized in the future and un-actualized.  mystery...it is not off by the difference in data dates....

I think the issue must have something to do with the Calendar "days" actually being hours -  the cal. came from a contractor so not yet about it, but I sustpect.  My 256 days slid 6 months does not match the dates of these 256 days later - per outside checks...
