Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

Can someone suggest me, wheather S curved generated from Manpower Loading & S Curve generated from Cost loading be the same.

If I keep the weightage of cost and adjust the manpower based on that cost weighted percentage. Will that be right ????

Please advise.

I doubt that they will ever be the same since you would include procurement of equipment as a dollar item not necessarily any direct labor manhours are associated with this.

no you can't do that you might have a piece of equipment that costs 1 million dollars but it only takes 1 day to set it. You cant adjust the manpower based on the piece of that equipment that will not work.
