Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can we show this table in MS Project or P6?

Procedure should be similar within your software. If you want detailed % comparison on activity basis you shall create a comparison baseline updated with progress as if planned to the same DD.

Just remember to compare same % types.

Hi,

The Schedule % Complete will not roll over to summary unless you will load any resource to an activity. Try adding material type resource even with zero value then you will get the summary value.

Create a baseline updated to same DD using progress as planned and then you shall be able to display both columns.

Thanks for this tip, but this schedule% complete does not give overall project summary... it gives updates for the individual activites but does not give overall %age. can we show it from any means?

Schedule % Complete = Planned % Complete or Baseline % complete

Hi,

Al those data are available from P6 but you need to export to excell to arrange according to the table you wish.
