(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

That’s all material cost. Samples of Expenses are Travels, Car rentals, Office Supplies, Consultants, etc.. and other one time cost that belongs to the Projects.

Could you please advise me .

Material cost like Hvac. elevator, concrete , exterior & enterior .

where i can set in Material cost or i ca consider as expanses.

my resource is cost calculate from unit/time bases.

i have rate for resource per/hr.

At least have predecessors if last activity and should have both if in the middle of the program unless for special purpose.
