Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear All
We have a problem dealing with an unexperieced Client.
In fact, at the beginning of the project there were some activities (Piling, Shoring and dewatering) that were not our scope of work and awarded to us as a Separate Contract.
and they issued a Letter Of Intent with 23 months duration, the problem exists when the Impact occured over the (Separate Addditional Works).
Can we submit our Baseline shifting the Finish Dates, or we submit our baseline as Target1 then Claim for extra Duration with Compensation Event analysis and revise the baseline as Target2 ?
