Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Guyz,
Could anybody please give me a suggestion on how i am going to divide my activities into WBS, i’m doing a terminal building right now and i’m struggling hard to present my schedule into WBS, the size of the terminal is 68m x 48m, communication bldg is 15m x 12m, the bldg composed of toilet, offices, 580 sitting, mechanical, electrical etc.etc. just an idea, by the way i am Mechancial Engineer by profession but assigned to do the schedule of civil works, or maybe someone out there is willing to share their works in terminal building.

Thanks

Hi Rick
I suggest you to make use of MasterFormat 2004. Its a very comprehensive piece of documents where activities are broken down with their respective AREA (Trade) like General Requirements, Earthwork, Furnishings, Electrical/Mechanical, Plumbing etc. I suggest you to google Masterformat 2004 and download the file for reference.
I hope you find this information usefull.
Cheers
