Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Dean,

I recommend that you divide the project into:

Main Building
Annexes; Sewage Treatment Plant, Water Treament Plant
Landscape Works.

The Main Building is the Critical of course. I assume that you have several basements. Once you finish you 2nd basement from the bottom, your 1st basement formwork will be removed, and you can start your EM activities. The EM activities in the public areas will stay up to the end. Usually you have the space open for rent and the Tenants will do the EM works themselves. All you have to do is bring the networks up to their connection points.

EM Activities can goin parallel, but usuall you have:

1. HVAC works; marking, support system, ducting, testing, insulation.
2. Fire Fighting works: marking, support system, ducting, testing, insulation.
3. Plumbing
4. LPG

Electrial works must start with the Cable Trays, then you install the main cables and at last you do the termination of the Main Electrical Panels (Power, lightin, low current).

Once you complete the Main Building structure, you can start with the Facade works.

The bounday walls you can start at your earliest. It will give you site security and you will save up on the fencing.

The people movers (escalators, etc) are long lead items. So you must get approval and order them within max 3 months period.

The signage will not be clear until the mall is rented out and that is at the last stages.

Hope that the information helps.

With kind regards,

Samer
