Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

When I track my physical progress i follow this way: after i assign resources to primavera(manhours and materials) i define 1$/h unit price for manhour resource so budgeted labor units gets equal to budgeted total cost . anyway when updating as per baseline i can track physical progress perfectly from earned value and performance % complete columns.
But now i wanna track also project cost complete in the same project %(as per Contract BOQ) separately in primavera including labor and material cost ..
Is there any way to do it?

Thanks in advance

you already have Budgted total cost and Budgted Units

for your actual costs you can run a global change where actual costs equals Budgeted cost * % complete

for actaul manhours you can run a global change where actual units equals Budgeted Units * % complete
