(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Is there a way to change the size of the font, as viewed on screen in the 'Activities' window?
I realise that you can change font size via "Table Font and Row", however this only seems to affect the print preview size, not the on-screen size.
Also, I can change the font size of my Group headings in the 'Group and Sort' window, but again, this does not affect the font size of the activities.
I regularly give presentations via a projector, whose screen resolution is much smaller than my desktop, and the programme looks terrible at this resolution. So I want to make everything smaller to create more space.

Aha!
I see. The particular font I was using (MS Sans Serif) doesn't want to go any smaller than size 8.
If I manually enter size 6, it doesn't change the size in the activities window, but it does change it in the print preview.
It looks as though P6 doesn't fully support MS Sans Serif in sizes smaller than 8.
However, there are a number of other fonts that are supported in smaller sizes.
