Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

you could take a copy of your master project and then delete the parts you no longer needed, i would say it would be risky doing that though as you may break vital links between the activity.

you would be better by either diving the project within the wbs in to the sub projects you require and filtering on the wbs or assinging activity codes to each activity in your sub project and filetring on those codes.

you can export in msp, excel and various versions of p6.
