Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Like in excel when you colour a cell.

Assaf,

Visual Basic is beyond my capabilities unfortunately.

I’m not even 100% sure you’ll be able to change the cell colour using VBA, but that is the only option if you’re using 2k3.

Darren

Hi Assaf,

I don’t think it is possible to colour a cell in 2k3 without VBA. In 2k7 you can change background colours by right-clicking in the cell, choose font and then the background colour / pattern.
