Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear all,

I have a consolidated file containing around a dozen small projects, none of which are linked.

I want to be able to enter a resource name, and MSP to display IN THEIR ENTIRETY those sub-projects that the resource in question is allocated to. Obviously you can filter the individual tasks that the resource is allocated to, but I need to be able to let a named individual view the whole project that they are involved with, even if they are only linked to one task.

Ant ideas ? Using MSP 2003.

Use multi-projects and filter on resource name.
