Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Is it possible to set up a customised timescale in MS Project. I would be looking to have period for the top level (13 periods a year/ 4 weeks a period) labelled 1 - 13 then have weeks underneath at the second level labelled 1 - 4.

Thank you in advance.

Hi James,

To the best of my knowledge, the answer is NO. However, if you double-click on the timescale, in the Gannt Chart, then you’ll be given the various timescale formats. Rememeber, though, MSP is a scheduling package, NOT an accounting package.

Cheers.

James.
