Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I’m investigating into better ways of issuing data from my plans to the relevant parties. At present I must waste half a forest in print outs.
Can anyone give me info on how to approach the following:

I want a web page with shortcuts to each plan I’m involved with, when a user clicks on this link they open up a PDF version of the document so they don’t have to install ms project on their machine. I want the PDF version to be up to date all the time so I don’t have to convert anything manualy.
I’m after a PDF with; task names, start/finish dates, duration and % complete columns.

Is this possible with ms project 2000 ?

I always understood MSP2000 had all these facilities, take it up with microsoft, and let me know if you have any success.
