Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am having difficulty extracting timescaled data to MS Access from Project.

I would like to extract a date range i.e. the next 4 weeks, into MS Access, and display the work for each task by week.

The only way I can currently extract timescaled data is to use the macro that dumps it to Excel. This is fine, however there is no way to include custom fields - I need a number of these for analysing purposes.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Regards

Dean

This knowledgebase document from Microsoft may help http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;151555&Product=PRJ. The document mentioned how to export Project data into Access directly.
