Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Came across the site whilst searching google for planning info. Looks like a useful site.

Just wondering if anybody knows of a macro floating around that would strip all of the costs from a MSP project plan. I currently do this manually by removing the resource costs. Then zeroing out several columns in the cost view (including baseline).

However this does not remove the baseline cost that is visible in Project Information > Statistics :(. Dont seem to be able to get rid of that one.

Can anybody help?

Hi Nick

Next time you want to strip out the costs switch the record macro on then when you open up the network fully and paste a copy of an empty column of costs say cost3 for example over baseline cost and resource rates.

Then from there on in just click on the macro.

Best Wishes from Denise!
