Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

Excel has a Word Wrap option, you can also use ALT+Enter to do it manually and this helps when tasks are longer than the line can comfortably accommodate.

How can I do this with MSProjects Tasks?

TIA,

Bob.

Thank you.
I tried that but it forces a gap between the GANNT Chart bars which makes them look strange. They need to stay together to show the visual flow from one task to the next.

Can I overcome this problem somehow?

Bob.

ps. I’m using Project 2002.

Bob,

Depending on which version of MSP you’re using you should be able to adjust individually the height of the task line this way the text will automatically wrap.
