Dear gentlemen,
I am in the midst of cracking my head because of the schedule impact i need to prepare in order for my company to take legal action towards our sub con. Going on, I am compiling the contract between
1. Main Con & subcon contract
2. Daily manpower & manhours
3. Approved planning package procedure for Client & Main Con (to develop Additive Modeling).
4. Official weather report from government deparment.
5. Site Statistic Record which shows Non Productive Time due to raining, plant permit issues or operational issue.
6. Subcon's Timesheet.
On top of that, of course i need to know what happened, what is the cause & who is responsible. In addition, the funny thing is that when i cracked my head to think about it. How do i actually can prove that the downtime is factual while there is not daily report from piping supervisor? Can anyone advice me?
