Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for the reply. Please find below the details.

According to approverd schedule, works proceed until the installation of Conveying System (Passenger lifts). In this time owner himself decided to change either the system or manufacturer (offcourse it is outside delivery). In this case, what would have be the sensible comments from his side?

Did he approve the time extentsion requested by contractor, according to material submittals and delivery confirmation?
Or he ask contractor to revise the schedule, from this activities and adjust the successor activities to incoperate the milestone dates of former schedule.

Giji,

On the face of what I think you are saying, yes, but alittle more detail would be helpful.
