Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi !!!

A small background information before the question. I’ve been using Primavera for last 5 years and I’m quite comfortable with it. But Our Company decides to use ASTA.

The question is, does anybody could give me any argument that I can convince my boss to keep Primavera?

Thanx...

Agreed.

The only people I know of who have switched from Primavera to Asta and want to switch back again are those like you, who don't want to learn a new software package.

The only good reason I can think off for using Primavera over Asta is that it is more common, and it is easier to integrate with subcontractor / client programmes if they all use the same software.

Ask this question in P6 track.

I don't think that peope that selected to use Asta will want to return to Primavera products.
