Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

A quick reminder:

The Asta Powerproject National User Forum will be held on Wednesday 14 July 2010 at the British Library Conference Centre on Euston Road, London NW1. All Asta Powerproject users with current support contracts are welcome to attend. The Forum is designed to offer a combination of industry-related presentations from guest speakers, practical training sessions on Asta Powerproject, as well as an opportunity for networking. At this year’s Forum, there will be three sessions on delay & disruption, presentations on the way forward with 4D BIM modelling using Asta Powerproject for the time element (including a case study on the Shard by Mace); members of the CIOB Working Party on their plans for accreditation for construction planners; a discussion about Earned Value Management from Paul Kidston, Senior Project Control Manager, Vinci BAM Nuttall Joint Venture; and Richard Ormerod, one of Asta’s founders, on the roadmap for Asta Powerproject. Asta Powerproject training sessions include how to carry out Earned Value Analysis using Asta Powerproject, tabular reporting and advanced scheduling techniques. Attendance is free of charge and users can register here: http://www.astadev.com/news-events/usergroups/index.asp
