Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

We have been asked by our client to intergrate our Project Management Software with SAP and to provide a FTPS export with defined fields.

We currently use Asta Powerproject for our project management. Does anyone have any knowledge / experience interfacing SAP with Asta?

Thanks

Gavin

Thanks Mike,

I have been trawling the web and forums for any information. I have already made contact with the chaps at Asta but just thought anyone out there had any experience / pitfalls etc.

I know P6 has "inspire" which interfaces with SAP but it all looks very expensive and would be probably be underused!! As is my experience with Primavera products.

Thanks

Gavin

Hi Gavin

I have had no experience of SAP software but you can copy and paste any data from the columns to any spreadsheet and make whatever use of it you wish.

Contact Asta Support and they will tell you - their website seems to be down at present.
