Current Role Lead Planner

  Key Responsibility :

 

  • Prepare and update Project Schedule based on the contract.
  • Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
  • Forecast Manpower requirements, Material Procurement, Formworks movements and Monthly Cash flow.
  • Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.(Weekly Risk Analysis, Area of Concerns)
  • Monitor Engineering submittals and Engineering activities(Shop Drawing & Material Submittals, Material verification & approval, NCRs, Procurement follow ups, Flow charts preparation)
  • Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.

 

 
  • Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. Conduct weekly Progress meetings.
  • Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from PM
  • Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress, study impact of alternative approaches to work.
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client.
  • Prepare Time Extension analysis.
  • Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned .

 

  • AREA OF KNOLODGE & WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Excellent Knowledge & Experience for implementation of planning in site works,.
    • Very Good Knowledge & Experience in Analytical methods, Construction Methodology, QA/QC Procedure, HSE implementation, MEP works
    • Knowledge & Experience in Quantity Survey (Preparing Cost Estimates, Measurement Sheets, Allocation of manpower and Productivity, Comparison Sheet & Payment for Supplier and Sub Contractor, Financial Control Systems, Variation, Contractual Claims and Final accounts, Monthly Progress Payments).
    • Have a very Good Knowledge & Experience in QA/QC works (Implement & Manage QA/QC Programmes as per Company QCP, Preparing Method Statements, Document Control System, MAR Submittals, Testing, NCRs, Quality Audits & Meetings, , As Built documentation, O & M Manuals.
    • Have an Excellent Skill set in Site Management/Works. Well experienced in Site Execution works, Waste Control, Labour Management, Construction Methodology. Execution of works as per Shop Drawing, Specification & Cost Control.  Well experienced in HSE implementation.
    • Experience in Infrastructure works.
