Key Responsibility :

- Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. Conduct weekly Progress meetings.
- Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from PM
- Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress, study impact of alternative approaches to work.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client.
- Prepare Time Extension analysis.
- Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned .

AREA OF KNOLODGE & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Excellent Knowledge & Experience for implementation of planning in site works,.
- Very Good Knowledge & Experience in Analytical methods, Construction Methodology, QA/QC Procedure, HSE implementation, MEP works
- Knowledge & Experience in Quantity Survey (Preparing Cost Estimates, Measurement Sheets, Allocation of manpower and Productivity, Comparison Sheet & Payment for Supplier and Sub Contractor, Financial Control Systems, Variation, Contractual Claims and Final accounts, Monthly Progress Payments).
- Have a very Good Knowledge & Experience in QA/QC works (Implement & Manage QA/QC Programmes as per Company QCP, Preparing Method Statements, Document Control System, MAR Submittals, Testing, NCRs, Quality Audits & Meetings, , As Built documentation, O & M Manuals.
- Have an Excellent Skill set in Site Management/Works. Well experienced in Site Execution works, Waste Control, Labour Management, Construction Methodology. Execution of works as per Shop Drawing, Specification & Cost Control. Well experienced in HSE implementation.
- Experience in Infrastructure works.
