• Project consisted of a combined-cycle, 660 megawatt, natural-gas power plant utilizing

an air cooled condenser and zero liquid discharge. Target price EPC contract sum of

$360 Million.

• Managed and maintained the project schedule of 4,500 self-performed activities

carried out by over 700 craftsmen.

• Developed quantity tracking methods and analyzed the effects of production rates and

productivity on the schedule and budget.

• Provided guidance and direction to superintendents; conducting weekly meetings with

each craft to review productivity and schedule performance.

• Recommended time and cost-saving measures to senior-level management; generating

a pertinent array of detailed analysis.

• Met with the owner’s senior-level management on a regular basis to discuss cost and

schedule performance.
