Provide Preventive Maintenance & Scheduling for preventive and Breakdown Maintenance

Centrifugal Pumps Replacement of mechanical seals, rotor, wearing rings, bearings, shaft alignments and complete overhaul

Reciprocating Pumps Replacement of plungers, plunger packing, valves, inspection and maintenance of crank case and cross head

Centrifugal compressors, Blowers I.D Fans Replacement of seals, bearings, removing rotors for inspection and dynamic balancing
Reciprocating Compressors Inspection, maintenance and replacement of parts i.e. pistons, cylinder liners, rider rings, compression rings, piston rods, gas seals, cross heads, valves, unlades, crank case and checking/adjusting different clearances

Handle Engineering and Services request for the plant modifications

Controlled and manage the Workshop section, Fitting Section

Having a good working knowledge of customer service to meet the customer expectation, response to all complaints, knowledge of document control procedure.

Responsible for giving the Cost Estimation of new project recommended in meetings in AGROTECH.

Commissioning and Trouble Shooting of Dryers and Silos.
