Turnaround WBS and Activities

Activities depends upon your scope. And WBS will be like this

1. Category wise ( Electrical, Mechanical, Piping etc.)

2. Area Wise ( Area 1, Area 2 etc..)

3. Unit Wise ( Unit 900, Unit 1000 etc. )

4. Equipment wise ( Exchanger, Vessels, Heater etc.)

And Mostly Activities for equipment will be like this 

1. Blinding

2. M/W Opening

3. Cleaning

4. Inspection (NDT also)

5. Repair if any

6. Inspection

7. Boxup

8. Deblinding
