  • Created the overall master plan, level 5; commissioning schedule; installation and modification control room; logic integration test plan and other relevant documents using Primavera, MS Projects and other tools.
  • Generated work reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including information on critical activities and critical path.
  • Chaired all planning meetings with management and construction site staff, coordinated site activities shown in Primavera P3,  MS Projects and other tools.
  • Focused on critical path tasks and identified problems during project
