Analysed the management information requirements of this four nation, high tech, multi-discipline project, reviewed current systems and recommended hardware and software requirements, configuration and applications. An Artemis 6000 system was purchased after a period of evaluation. Developed integrated planning and cost control systems and reports with colour graphics.

Preparing the overall master schedule.Creating standard Work Breakdown Structure etc. advising client on the benefits of implementing schedule management at project and program level.
