 Assisted the project managers in identifying the right resources for a project team, tracking resource allocation and resource usage to minimize, over and underutilization.  Identified & built project teams by using resources that belong to the Enterprise Resource Pool.  Performed in-depth reporting & analysis against completed projects, in-progress projects & resource availability.  Responsible for planning Day to Day erection Activity and Allocate resource accordingly.
