  • Managed preparation of Tender Schedule including material delivery analysis for supply of cables and accessories.
  • Managed preparation of Project Cashflow, Budget Cashflow and quantity take off.
  • Managed preparation of schedule analysis of supplier’s delivery commitments and revised proposal to meet project completion date.
  • Managed monitoring and preparation of weekly progress reports, monthly progress reports and management meeting reports.
