Senior Project Planner:
New FPU (Floating Production Unit) for BP. Responsible planner for the hull and LQ. KBR planned for Top Sides. The schedule contained Pre-FEED, FEED and procurement (Long lead items). Delivered KPI’s (Key Performance factors) to Project Management as well as progress reports.
Senior Lead Planner:
New Semi-Submersible Crane Vessel (Heavy Lift). New crane vessel for Heerema Marine Contractors. The unit is to be equipped with two main cranes with a total lifting capacity of 10 000 metric tons each (combined 20 000) at sea. The projects forecast landed on 159 000 hours incl changes. Original budget 89 305 hours. Earned Value analysis, Critical Path and other progress reports with other KPI’s.
