• Preparation of Liability Reports, Forecast Reports and Cost to commit reports & Tax reports.
• Preparation of Cost reports for the management in congestion with Accounts department.
• Keep track of materials & equipment ordered/procured, review the item pending receipt.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Review and understand the Scope of Services and General Conditions of Contract.
