May, 2012 • Preparation of Liability Reports, Forecast Reports and Cost to commit reports & Tax reports.
• Preparation of Cost reports for the management in congestion with Accounts department.
• Keep track of materials & equipment ordered/procured, review the item pending receipt.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Review and understand the Scope of Services and General Conditions of Contract. Establish the tender project programme.
• Reports to the Client and Site both formerly and informally on all Project specific matters as required.
• Review Client’s project schedule to ascertain the requirements of the development.
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes.
• Agree the overall programme management strategy with the Client/Consultant and the Project Manager.
• Compiles a Project specific Planning Controls procedure in co-ordination with the Management Team including the strategy/processes to be adopted for monitoring and reporting the programme critical path and establishing the strategy for recording and presenting project progress also taking into account any specific Contract requirements.
• Preparation of detailed CL-14 & Look Ahead programme in Primavera 5.0/6.0 with proper logic and flow of the work in order to meet significant milestones.
• Respond to any contractor programme enquiries that arise.
• Updates the Project Programme when necessary and ensures that the contents are effectively communicated.
• Review, reject and approve clause 14 Programme submitted by subcontractors.
• Periodical weekly and monthly reports, and identify principle project risks
• Claim programs/Delay analysis for extension of time.
• Provide dates for completion of the Employers construction drawings.
• Assess the impacts of proposed Employer design changes, and where necessary make recommendations to mitigate any time implications.
• Updating of construction activities/progress monitoring.
