Lead all the planning, scheduling and cost control activities related to projects and the company.
Supervise Planning Engineer & Cost Controller for preparation of the Detailed Schedules, Budgets, Cash-flow analysis, Critical path analysis, Trend Analysis, Cost control and Slippage reports for offshore installation projects.
Participate in all the Management Review Meetings and review all planned results in coordination with the Management.
Prepare Planning, Cost Control Reports and submit for Management review and update the reports.
